A Mediterranean diet has always been known as “heart-healthy,” but now it’s a proven, scientific fact! Drizzling olive oil over your meal is okay, as long as the meal is prominently fish and vegetables. “Mediterranean meant lots of fruit, fish, chicken, beans, tomato sauce, salads, and wine and little baked goods and pastries.” That sounds good to me!
