Halloween–It’s Relevant to What We Do!

Today is Halloween, and we’re all pretty excited about it here in the office. We’ve been trying to find a way to make Halloween relevant, to tie it in to what we do here at Rosetta Radiology. Why ACR Accreditation is Such A Big Deal

This past week, Rosetta Radiology officially became ACR accredited for mammography and ultrasound! Naturally, our staff is absolutely thrilled, but we realized that anybody who doesn’t work in the health industry might be a little confused about why this is such a big deal for us. Sure, being ACR accredited sounds good, but when it comes down to it what does that really mean for our patients?

ACR stands for the American College of Radiation. They offer accreditation programs for Breast MRI, Breast Ultrasound, Computed Tomography, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine & PET, Radiation Oncology, Stereotactic Breast Biopsy, and Ultrasound.
